Apple AppStore Purchase Confirmation

As the system is now, once a user is prompted for their user name and password, they are logged in for a period of time. During this time, clicking the "BUY" icon will automatically purchase anything that you do not own. In the past, this was not really a problem because clicking "BUY" meant just that, you want to buy it. But with the iOS store (for iPhone and iPad applications) and the AppStore (for Mac applications) you have the option to re-download apps that you already own. To do this, you must click the "BUY" button, and if you already own it, it will ask if you want to download it again for free. But if you don't own it, you will automatically buy it. This becomes a problem as there are more and more apps with names and features that are the same, and thus accidentally purchasing an application that you thought you already owned is quite easy.
We ask that the following order to purchase an application or even music be created.
If the user is not logged in :
1. User Clicks "BUY"
2a. If the user own the app, it prompts, "Do you want to download this again for free?"
2b. If the user does NOT own the app, it prompts, "Are you SURE you want to BUY this?"
3. Prompt for the User ID & Password
4. Begin Download
If the user IS logged in :

2b. If the user does NOT own the app, it prompts, "Are you SURE you want to BUY this?"
3. Begin Download
Optional : Allow for a user setting where 1-click purchases are enabled, thus it can be the current system.
With the iOS app store or purchases via iTunes, it was not much of a problem, most apps are $0.99 or at least under $10. With the new AppStore for Mac, applications are MUCH more expensive, some as much as hundreds of dollars; one slip and that is an expensive mistake!
