Ban on "Mind of Mencia" Advertisers

Since the show's inception, "Mind of Mencia," has appeared to be little more than a Hispanic "Chappell's Show." I'm sure that this is not the first reference to this that you (Comedy Central) may have heard, however the fact that you both air and SUPPORT this show after the outing of Mr. Menstealia for his plagerism of other comedians material is sickening.
The fact that Comedy Central is supporting "Carlos Mencia" after it has come to light that he steals other comedian's material and sells it as his own is a sign that your company has taken a fall from grace. During other programming your station proudly totes that you don't care about appeasing "The Man," but the support of a second-rate comedian like "Mencia" is a step in the wrong direction to the social independence that your station wishes to be known for.
As another petition against this show proclaims, "America is becoming increasingly concerned about Property and Rights Management in the Music and Movie industries; now is the time to apply these views to the art of stand-up Comedy as well."
The purpose of this petiton is full removal of "Mind of Mencia" from Comedy Central programming. Until this is accomplished the undersigned are placing a boycott on all products and services that are paid-advertisers for "Mind of Mencia."
