We as a body of one feel treated unfairly by the Biology 150 class. The source of this unfair treatment is as follows:
1) The large amount of the material on exams were extremely ambiguous, causing students a large margin of error.
2) Test information was for an upper level Biology course, rather than an introductory biology.
3) The questions that were given were ambiguous because it all depends on a persons prior knowledge and opinions, and this knowledge is not something that can be read in a book.
While Professor Futuyma is a good teacher, we, as a group, felt that we were tested unfairly, and request that the finals test grades be dropped, or at least compensated.
