Bring Back Borstal

We need to reisnstate borstal now! It was disbanded in the 80s because of wishy washy liberal human rights laws. 12 hours hard labour .eat what you are given-no sky sports.no tv in your cell-no weekly drug visits from your missis-no bent screws takin coke & weed in. Run by ex military who dont mess about ,no teaching the handicapped to yodel! hard labour-digging foundations for new prisons,making things of use like window frames for buidlings they destroyed.East anglia has the buildings & the scope to open at least 6 massive borstals.There are hundreds of empty military bases lying dormant-these can be used & the labour-well isnt it obvious?! The very word BORSTAL was enough of when i was a kid,the word scared kids & kept them on the path-why would they fear a regime that gives them free sky,as much weed & coke as they want?it should be now.please sign this & the courts will be forced to stop giving a £ 5 fine for what was 10 million pounds in damage in london over the weekend.Thier hands are tied-BY EUROPE.
