A man by the name of Hans Adriaan de Jongh has made a mistake. Though not a drastic mistake, it was a mistake born of bad judgment and incorrect beliefs. One of these incorrect beliefs is the idea that "a beard with gray hairs in it will make me look old." Hans does not realize that this is a fallacious argument; gray hairs will do nothing but make him look wise and experienced. Additionally, Hans seems to be unaware that his signature full-bearded look is exceedingly more handsome than this new clean shaven look. Though, admittedly, the level of handsomeness will still be high regardless of whatever facial hairstyle he has.
This is a petition created by the family and friends of Hans Adriaan de Jongh. We feel the need to formally tell him that the Bring Back the Beard Movement has begun, and we shall not rest until the beard is released from its prison, and the electric razor abdicates power.
