Bring Jerry West Back To The Lakers

Let's check out the timeline...Jerry West on the Lakers management team brings Magic, Kareem, and Worthy to the team to win 4 championships. He drafts Kobe Bryant because he has a good intuition about the kid, and he signs free agent Shaquille O'Neal onto the team, creating the only real mini-dynasty of the era. He leaves to go manage the Memphis Grizzlies, and is able to rebuild them into a 50 win team...but meanwhile in LA, Shaq is traded to Miami, we lose Caron for Kwame, and Kobe is now on the trading block.
