By signing below, I agree to the petition that the passing grade for Biochemistry (MS 127 A1) should be lowered from 75\% to 70\%, to be in tandem with other medical school courses such as physiology and histology. As stated during a SAC meeting, "students may petition to set a lower passing grade if they believe this benchmark is inappropriate".

The accepted benchmark for passing the science classes is 70\%. No class is more important than any other. I am very offended by Dr. Franzblau comment that "you have to be an idiot not to get a 75\%."
