CANADIAN TAXPAYERS DEMAND THAT GILLES DUCEPPE RETURN OUR MONEY !

November 30, 2012 WE DEMAND THAT THE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA REQUEST THAT GILLES DUCEPPE & LE PARTI QUEBECOIS RETURN MISUSED FUNDS TO THE CANADIAN TAXPAYERS .  (TO BE SENT TO RT. HON. STEPHEN HARPER, P.M.) Whereas, the House of Commons’ Board of Internal Economy conducted a 10 month review of the Parliamentary  Office  expenses of former BQ Leader Gilles Duceppe; and Whereas the Board has unanimously concluded that there was a misuse of funds that benefitted the Bloq Quebecois Party for expenses such as salary and research ; and Whereas the amount of funding misused is reportedly up to $1 million ; Whereas the Board of Internal Economy has acknowledged technicalities in the regulations that have prevented legal action against M. Duceppe; Therefore, be it resolved, that we, the undersigned taxpayers of Canada, demand that the federal government officially request M. Duceppe & the Parti Bloq Quebecois to return the funds to the Canadian taxpayers; and that in the event these funds are not voluntarily submitted, that the House of Commons investigate how these funds can be retrieved through other means such as deductions from the approximate $140,000 annual M.P. pension allocated to M.
