I believe that eBay as a company, can solve the problems in the Feedback Forum. Yet I also believe, they frankly don't care to do so. I've posed my solution to them, and it has been ignored (big surprise eh). This petition is in an effort to drive eBay towards a solution.
MY SOLUTION SUGGESTION TO THE EBAY FEEDBACK FIASCO
I believe EACH negative could be reviewed by a panel. Both sides tell their 'story' in 300 words or less. And the UNBIASED panel's decision is 'final'. The loser of the 'decision' should have to PAY a fee for the panel's time say...$10. And if one of the two parties refused to go before the panel, a special icon would be displayed notifying the viewer of such! Feedback found to be 'unjustified' by the panel could be removed. NOW THAT WOULD BE FAIR AND JUST!
