Americas energy problems are bad and getting worse. Its time for some common-sense solutions.





We can either continue our dependence on foreign oil, let other countries gain market share in the technologies of tomorrow, and ignore the challenge of dealing with global warming until it is too late.





Or we can build energy independence, pioneer the technologies that will supply the worlds energy in the future, and take intelligent steps to prevent catastrophic changes to the climate.





Renewable energy is the common sense solution for Americas future. The technologies exist. Its a matter of using them. As my representative(s), Im asking that you implement policies that accelerate our nations transition to renewable energy.





The Securing America's Energy Independence Act extends the financial incentives for solar energy and fuel cells first put in place in the Energy Policy Act of 2005. Giving these policies a meaningful lifetime to have an effect on the industry is a critical responsibility of the Congress, and I urge you to signal your support by cosponsoring S. 2677 and H.R. 5206.
