Climate conditions in our prison systems

My husband is currently is incarcerated at a Ohio facility. I have done some research and realize that most of Ohios facilities have no air conditioning systems for their inmaties. I understand that these men/women are in for a reason, but I also understand that they are human beings. My husband is in a dorm of about 280 men. The dorm is actually a pole barn style building with only 3 windows in it. . This is not only extremely uncomfortable but raises health issues as well. Please take a moment and sign this petition.
