Coach Kim Dufrene

When a loved one passes away, it affects the lives of all those around them. When someone like Kim Dufrene passes, it affects us so much more because he, as a man, a husband, a father, and a coach, was so much more. In order to honor Coach Kim for the contributions he made to the Biddy Basketball program to the children and teens of South Lafourche, I propose that a jersey be retired in his honor. I don't know the policies for having jerseys or numbers retired, but I think that Coach Kim is more than deserving, if not the definition of the reason why. I don't know which number Coach would wanted, but I think the only appropriate one would be #1.
