We the under signed strongly encourage the allinplay cofounders Paul G. Silva and Jeremie Spitzer to establish ongoing productive communication with Cotton Blossom and to show a consistent effort towards repairing any damage professional relationship between themselves and CB so she can with their support help allinplay grow in positive directions and community spirit can be restored; newbees can get quality timely help, and the allinplay cofounders would accept CB as a liaison in order to engage the greeter team and them in mediation sessions with the hopes of bringing about a positive resolution and the reestablishment of an official allinplay greeter team for those who would be interested in making a commitment to and participating in it
