CROSSWATER HOA BOARD REMOVAL

We, the undersigned, are homeowners at Polygon's Crosswater Community located at the southwest corner of Hwy.9 and Soper Hill Road in Lake Stevens, WA. 98258. We believe the current HOA Board of Directors has overstepped its position by increasing monthly HOA dues and their arrogant and abusive actions by threatening additional increase of dues and the threat of lien on the homeowners property to collect fees, fines or assessments that may lead to home foreclosure.

The major concerns are the HOA Boards abuse of power and the worsening economy. The current Board has shown a lot of oversights when it comes to our Crosswater Community. Crosswater Homeowners deserve true homeowner representation and financial accountability by the HOA Board of Directors and hereby request the immediate removal of all current Board Members and a new Homeowners Board be voted in during a special open HOA election meeting. Meeting date will be set once a majority of Crosswater petition signatures are collected.
