This petition is for the prosecutors office and who ever else to bring the death penalty against casey anthony.If casey was a black man or a ugly women we wouldnt have to be doing this..There is more then enough evidence that she outright in coldblood murdered her daughter caylee anthony.What did poor caylee suffer we will never know but we do know the last persons eyes she looked into where those of her mother..Casey anthony.How could anyone do what she did? The jury will decide but we feel it should be up to a jury to decide if she gets the death penalty also.So the undersigned are asking the state to leave it up to the jury to decide and to reinforce the death penalty against casey anthony now.

Casey murdered Caylee...that is evident no matter what her family or attorneys may say...Am glad the judge they have now denied the defense's recent request re the death penalty...Can't believe her trial does not start til May 2011.
