As fans of Boise State University athletics, we are concerned by the over abundance of information provided by The Idaho Statesman regarding the vandal sports of basketball, cross country, golf, football, soccer, tennis, track & field, and volleyball.

Lack of information on ui athletics is a primary reason for subscribing to The Idaho Statesman. By containing no coverage of ui athletics, the inherent value of owning and advertising with The Idaho Statesman is increased. We, the possible subscribers and advertisers of the Idaho Statesmen, located at 1200 N. Curtis Road, Boise, Idaho, regret to inform you of the intent to cancel any and all current subscriptions if coverage of University of Idaho athletics is increased. Unless a decrease in covering ui athletics is made, cancellation will occur by October 2, 2004.
