We, the undersigned, are in favor of the proposed 45-story condo/indoor shopping center/parking garage at the corner of Broad Street and Washington Avenue. Any concerns we may have about who the developers are or what inconveniences we may suffer during construction are far outweighed by the enormous benefits we expect to receive in regards to neighborhood quality of life and perceived area desirability once construction is completed.

We consider the intersection at Broad Street and Washington Avenue to be a gateway to Center City deserving of such a bold development as is proposed. If built, we know that all around will appreciate the developer's vision as they shop at, eat at, and interact with the new space.
