E-bay Shipping Charges Out Of Line

We the below signed would like to encourage E-Bay to look at the current unregulated shipping charges which are often a great deal more then is required to actually ship the product to the buyer. Paying $11.00 for shipping a charm or $27.00 for shipping a book is out of line. Buyers on E-bay are looking for a deal, please consider this petition and look at ways to regulate shipping charges so that they are fair for both sellers and buyers on E-Bay.
