Basically, I and many other people are extremely dissatisfied that there is a cap in place for this service. Broadband is meant to be an 'Always On, Always Connected' service. By limiting our bandwith to 4GB/Day, that works out at an unrealistic 68.26 minutes of constant downloading/streaming.
How is this country supposed to compete with other countries in the broadband market when you restrict the customer's Internet activity and defend it by including it in Term's & Conditions documents or Fair Use Policies.
Japan was paying 20 for a 26MB connection this time last year (Source: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/3278375.stm). Sound right to you?
The United States, Sweden, Norway, Japan, and even Korea are so far ahead of us, it's getting to be a joke in the online community.
They ACTUALLY feel sorry for us. They know the UK is one of the most expensive countries in the World, and they, like us feel like we're being exploited.
