Florida In-state tuition for all veterans

We, the undersigned, urge the University of South Florida, all state universities and Florida State Legislatures to recognize the sacrifices made by members of the Armed Forces by instituting policies which will allow all U.S. veterans who have been Honorably or Medically Discharged from the U.S. military to receive Florida residency status for the purposes of tuition and to increase the use of the VA Yellow Ribbon Program. These wants are recognized in the current bills : SB826 by Senator Fasano (R-New Port Richey) and HB683 by Representative Garcia (D-Miami).
