Dear senator:
We would like to sue the Vietnamese Communist or the Vietnamese Government with these point: Human Right, Justice, and the Basic Right and Freedom of the people or its citizens, and the unballance of power between the government and its people.
With these basic things which was necessary for the nation and its people have not been fulfill or even hide away from them by the hand of the government of this nation, We would like to bring the Vietnamese Government to the International Court to bring Justice to that nation and its people.
With this case if they should we would like the help of the United Nation to make this possible and what ever needs of us we will try the best of our ability.
