G.I.L.D. Concerns

This petition is to inform you of our concerns regarding II LLC, pspgroups.com and isnags.com.

These are our concerns to date(19 January 2006):-
1. Customer Service is non-responsive to customer concerns.
2. Misusage is NOT being dealt with.
3. Promises have been made, broken, made, broken.
4. Artists are losing income due to non-ability to purchase their packages for a 2+ month period.
5. Majority of 3-packers are still awaiting freebies from 2005.
6. All 3-packer license holders are still awaiting promotional material promised.
7. GILD Group members being banned/membership cancelled for voicing opinion that differs to that of Management.


I/We realise that there are alot more concerns than those listed above, however due to the vast amount of these it literally is impossible to list them all.

Please note this is only voicing our concerns as consumers from our own dealings with International Illustrator.
