The people of Easthampton, MA are tired of wasting their hard earned money on the lack of service Charter Communications provides its customers. Charter's telephone, internet and cable are constantly not working right, and when customers call to get help, they are met with apathy and outright rudeness. Instead of working to find out what's wrong, agents hang up on you when they don't know what else to do. Services go out all the time, but no credits are issued for time lost. Their contractors miss scheduled appointments with no apologies, and their solution to everything is a new cable box. I personally have had 5 new DVR boxes in the past year, and they all have the same problems, bad service provider! It's time for a change, Charter needs to know that we won't stand for this treatment, lets work together to get Charter out of Easthampton and bring in a company that cares about customer service.
