This petition has been created following the feedback from the residents of Berberis House.
Solitaire Property Management Limited are responsible to ensure that Berberis House is a safe and secure environment to live in. Over the past several months the residents have complained of broken security doors, non residents abusing the facilities, children smoking illegal drugs in the corridors, rubbish strewn where children could walk, infestation of ants and cockroaches and now mice.
The building is very new so the residents are demanding that Solitaire take action to sort this once and for all.
