Give Club Pogo Members Who Renewed Before 7/13/10 their Renewal Rewards!!

Dear Electronic Arts, Inc:
A new program called "Renewal Rewards" was recently launched for Club Pogo members on www.pogo.com for individuals who renew their membership on or after July 13, 2010 with a valid credit card. Unfortunately, this is unfair for the loyal Club Pogo members who faithfully renew their accounts before this date annually as we have missed out on being able to use these renewal rewards (particularly, the 100 gems) to enjoy Club Pogo's benefits to the fullest. The fairest measure to rectify this would be to grant everyone who renewed their annual membership before this date their 100 gems and start fresh on January 1, 2011 for everyone. Not rectifying this situation for loyal, paying Club Pogo members will cause many individuals to lose faith in a company that has been previously very good to its paying customers. Thank you for your time and dedication towards fixing this problem.
