Murders have become more and more gruesome in their acts. The random beheading of man on a Greyhound bus, the dismemberment of a Concordia University student, the shootings at the Eaton center, and the murders at at an Alberta school are only a few of the so many acts in the last 10 years.
Shouldn't harsher humane punishment exist to ward off potential killers? What about toil and intense labour for criminal besides just relaxing inside a cell and enjoying his coffee? What about lacerations that cause pain but no injury? Intense boot camp?
