We, the people of Baltimore, come out every year in droves to support Artscape. Why then, should we be ticketed for parking on opening Friday when there is no other parking BUT permit parking. Mayor O'Malley, this is outrageous and disgraceful. Lift the permit parking on opening Friday of Artscape, beginning with ARTSCAPE 2002.
