HELP OPEN THE EASTLAKE HIGH CULTURE NIGHT 2006
The African American Student Union (AASU), Asian International Association (AiA), and MEChA of EastlakeHigh School are asking for your support!
EASTLAKE HIGH SCHOOL is notorious for its closed school functions.Even the annual Culture Night an event that should tie teenagers throughout the community closer together has been closed since its first appearance in the mid-1990s.
This petition is to open Eastlakes Culture Night of 2006 to the community for a safe and fun exhibition of culture and talent for our youth.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
By signing this petition, I advocate the opening of Eastlake High Schools Culture Night to the entire community. I additionally agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the EHS Culture Night in the event that I choose to attend.
OUR RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. DRESS TO IMPRESS
Our dress code is strictly enforced. Hats, athletic apparel, and any gang-related articles of clothing are not allowed at this event.
2. MORE LOVE, LESS TAP
Any inappropriate gestures of extreme contact (i.e. FIGHTING) will not be tolerated.
3. DROP IT LIKE IT'S POT
EHS sponsors drug, tobacco, and alcohol free events.
4. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR STUPIDITY
Any unlawful crimes or violations of the rules above will result in disciplinary conduct by either EHS officials or the police department.
