Hillsborough County Florida wants unemployed people

We the flooring and painting workers who in this economy have ruined credit were state licensed and now have credit problems those who can prove a work history want to be exempt from the new licensing requirements in Hillborough County Florida we feel that in this economy there are not a fair amount of jobs that can be created and the rules unjustly force these trademen to work illeagaly just for the sake of survival in itself.

We feel that any trade who's work does not change the structual integrety of a structure should not be subject to such demands to obtain a license to work.
We feel that with these restrictions lifted to obtain such license will rid some trades of high prices and more affordability to the homeowner I have a bid from a licensed painting contractor for $6200.00 for a single story 2200 sq. foot home that's almost three dollars a foot.

We would like to place to a vote for the residence of Hillsbrough County Florida to be allowed to hire who we like licensed or not for trades who's work does not change the structual integrety of a structure on residential properties under 25 feet in height and not to include electrical,plumbing,frameing,concrete site prep and roofers
