HKEA - Please apologize to us!

May I ask you for a favour that you admit one truth, that it was clear that a mistake had be made, and a big one.
First of all, it is unthinkable for you to put something on the exam if that something has been open to the public BEFORE the exam. It is just SO RIDICULOUS that you people could not come up with a better passage than one just so shamelessly stolen from the Internet!
And how could your spokesperson said that something evidential should be put forth to prove some candidates had cheated so that you could go and catch the cheater??? It just seems to me that he/she does not believe that there is anyone who had cheated and exploited their fellow candidates. How unbelievable! If that was true of your spokesperson, I wish I could cast some light on his ignorance by telling him that there was no way to prove the guilt of the cheater in this case unless he/she confesses. To be very honest, I wish that I had cheated myself so that I can tell you that DAMAGE TO THIS EXAM HAD ALREADY DONE!
So, be heard please, our great and useful HKEA,
1) ---STOP LYING!--- We are requiring that you make no more blatant denials and illusive explanations. The society do not need your repeating statement of 'This is a small issue. Our exam system is well devised and the precautions had everything protected'. We are not even asking you to catch those cheating candidates.
2) ---APOLOGIZE--- We only need you to apologize to the society, especially to the HKCE students, who had no choice but to trust you with the years of hard-work they had put up and their future, which is, unluckily, heavily dependent on the annoying examinations you devised.
3) ---ACT RESPONSIBLY--- Our another request is that you take immediate remedial actions to minimize the damage and be fair to all candidates who had sit the 2006 HKCE English Exam.
A ex- HKCE/HKALE candidate
