Improving Informative Animal Cruelty Resources

The United States needs more helpful resources for animal shelters and humane societies, town municipals, law officers, animal control officers, rescuers, veterinarians and any other related organizations/persons. In concern for all of the animals that are being abused in the United States, there should be a national database created so that the above will have access to this database to do a search on a suspicious or questionable person. Anytime that any person has any conviction for animal related issues, it should be added to this database. This way, the above will know what sort of person they are dealing with and if they are a good candidate for adopting any animal of interest, if they have abuse history and the animals will be safer this way. It is making a major headway for society to crack down on animal abuse cases and neglect as well as any other mistreatment of animals. This datatbase will be non-public accessable, people or organizations using this database will be assigned an identification name/password upon registration and it must be approved by whomever is left in charge (usually a state official who can verify the person is actually an employee of and/or an existant organization). People will be found based on social security number, licnese number, address, phone number, date of birth or anything along those lines. Most reliable would be social security number.

It will be used as a "US citizen public response" when this is all presented to the appropriate person at the apropriate time. It may not have any impact on things, however, it does not hurt to show the support people have for this proposal.
