Investigate & Prosecute All Mind Control Programmers Now!

I am desperately appealing to you, DOJ Assistant Attorney General Ralph E. Boyd, Jr. to stop mind control gov't & private enterprise operations. Under the utterly criminal act of mind control a number of civil rights violations have occured that come within your jurisdiction. These civil rights violations are: (a.) conspiracies to interfere with federally-protected rights (b.) deprivation of rights under color of law (c.) the use of force or threat to injure or intimidate someone in their enjoyment of specific rights.
These proceedings of your Civil Rights Division within the DOJ all need to be made public through every standard, major media outlet in the mainstream. This is to send a strong, clear messge that mind control will not & cannot be tolerated in a democracy such as ours.
Mind control is a widespread problem in the US as there are 2 million mind control victims here alone, with many more outside our borders in English-speaking countries & Europe.
Mind control can be substantiated better than any other issue that's a modern day-to-day problem among various segments of our population. There are printed works about real cases at mainstream bookstores, but the greatest volume of information covering all relevant & legitimate aspects are online at assorted websites. They are primarily political & educational in nature, though there are gov't admissions in legislation & at their business patent office too.
This, like all other human evils, has so far been permitted to exist for decades, & it, by virtue of the supporting statistics & information above that is easily verifiable has only served to show how mind control has festered & grown out of control. Let's not repeat the mistakes of history & lead our own selves into a totalitarian state by our own hand.
