Nero wants to change the way that waylay works.
The change would mean that you can no longer waylay with the butt of your weapon, but instead with only a small weapon called a SAP. I believe that the majority of Nero players do not want this change. If you are one of those players, please sign this to try and stop this change to waylay.

This sounds like yet another "Let's fix it until its completely broken" scenarios. The real fix to this is to discipline the players using Waylay unsafely. Waylay CANNOT be a combat skill, because using it as stated in the rules is the most perfect exampl

I agree with most of what's being said here. I also dislike the ingame ramifications of carrying around a weapon to tells people, 'Hi! I knock people unconscious!'

NERO VALOR. There are things that need to be fixed in the system. Waylay isn't broke, there is no need to 'fix' it by breaking it. Enforce existing safety standards on players that use the skill unsafely, and worry about fixing real game mechanic issues.
