Ah finally someone to make a decent petition here.
I submit a recomendation to the government of Canada and the US to legally mandate every citizen of both countries to follow through on the following.
I.) If anybody you know, friends, family or co workers, does anything stupid/idiotic/just plain dumb. You (the reader/petitioner) should be legally allowed to kick them (the friend, family or co worker) in the throat.
I.a) Also it should be mandated that the kick in the throat should be mandatory to anyone who does something stupid.
