if Derek Dwinnell replaces the cheap chain link fencing to the industrial steel chain link around his property, Installs invisible fencing for dogs, and gets a mussel order meaning Charlie must wear a mussel when she's outside. Thanks for joining everyone, Please check out the pics of this neighbour, he thinks it's all a big joke, when my dogs escape, police and shelter show up, his dogs escape come here and antagonize my dogs and he stands there laughing... when charlie escapes i panic, and run out after her, then call the whole block to make sure she didn't bother anyone... i take it serious... he would rather endanger sarah's baby and laugh about it then take responsibility and get a damn fence.... what do you expect from a guy in his 40's still living with mommy..... sad.... truly pathetic person.
