Les familles et l’association de soutien au CDRC (Cercle des Démocrates et Républicains du Congo), dénoncent les arrestations arbitraires de militants et des cadres du parti.

Au 23 août 2013, c’est un total de 11 personnes dont un enfant de moins d’un an, qui ont été interpellées à leur domicile depuis le 16 août 2013. Le président du parti démocrate du CDRC, Modeste Boukadia est devenu la cible d’une chasse à l’homme.

Le 21 août 2013, sur instruction du Préfet de Pointe-Noire, la gendarmerie a arrêté :

- le vice-président du CDRC, Sylvain MIAKAMONA,

- le Secrétaire général du Kouilou du CDRC,

- le fils du vice-Président, Ruden MAYALA,

- le sergent Alexandre MALONGA,

- y compris Mme TSIAKAKA Valentin et son bébé de 8 mois.ent du CDRC, Sylvain MIAKAMONA,

- le Secrétaire général du Kouilou du CDRC,

- le fils du vice-Président, Ruden MAYALA,

- le sergent Alexandre MALONGA,

- y compris Mme TSIAKAKA Valentin et son bébé de 8 mois.

Le motif invoqué par le Préfet contacté serait un préparatif d’une insurrection. Cela est inacceptable et non fondé. Depuis sa création, le CDRC est un parti non violent. Il appelle à la mise en place de la démocratie et de l’instauration d’un gouvernement d’union nationale. ·         Vice President of the CDRC, Sylvain MIAKAMONA,

·         The son of Vice-President, Ruden Mayala

·         Sergeant Alexander MALONGA,

·         Including Mrs TSIAKAKA Valentin and her 8 months old baby.

The reason for the arrest given by the Prefect was the activists were supposedly planning an insurrection. This is unacceptable and unfounded. Since its inception, CDRC is a non-violent party. It calls for the establishment of democracy and the establishment of a national unity government. These democratic values ​​ were reasserted during one of the Great Popular Meetings organised by the CDRC, on May 11, 2013 at Makélékélé (Brazzaville).
