Life Sentencing in UK REFERENDUM

We are asking the UK government to have a REFERENDUM on 'Life sentencing to Mean Life'.
Opinion Polls and the like can only represent a small group of the public. This is an important justice issue that has been debated since abolishment of Capital Punishment for Murder in 1965. We feel it is time to ask everyone. Life Licences do NOT protect people, prison walls do. It is time to ask US if we are prepared to live with the risk.
