We the undersigned are seeking some kind of compensation for the nuisance which has been caused by the UK version of lycos and yahoo chat not functioning.
Some of us have paid money for diamond status,and are unable to use the chat. This is unnacceptable when, for example, the norway chat, which works fine, allows all users to have free diamond status.
We think as the managers and programmers of chat, your are spending more time worrying about a bit of tinsel being around the screen at christmas, and other useless functions which to be honest, nobody really wants, when you should really be spending that time, money and effort, making chat work properly, and try to reduce the lagging which is almost always present!
