We are of the opinion that Mr Took (the recent Singapore Huang Na murder case) should not be hang for the following reasons:
1. The decisions made by the high court judges was not consistent;
2. There were many doubt points which have not been verified;
3. Mr Took surrendered voluntarily to the police of another country and handed over and not captured by the authority concerned.
I think Mr Took should be given the benefit of doubts and not to be hanged.
