My story:
I am a student, and on orientation day, Ms Walters was not there. The office lady told me she doesn't come back till thursday so... I called her on thursday and all she told me to come back on Friday, which I did. On Friday she says "My boss said I can't do anymore schedule changes!!" Why did you refuse to do it on the phone then?
Some of her suspicious quotes:
"I have made over 5,000 schedule changes already.."
And she can't do ONE for me? Or is she just lying?
"My boss said I can't"
"You should've came yesterday, it was the deadline"
"I can't do anything"
"Come next week, I can't guarentee anything"
I've heard people tell me she deletes all her emails, throws away the appointment cards.
She must be replaced. Please get us a new counselor. She doesn't care about the students. All she wants is money off her job.
