This petition is in regard to the problem MSN MESSENGER users are experiencing in accessing your service, and in extreme cases, not even having access to their hotmail accounts via your website. We have been encountering this problem for over 48 hours since Wednesday 4th June 2001. So far none of the those listed have recieved any word on why this problem has occurred, or when you expect to have the service up and running.
With the size of your company and the amount of employees that you have got on your pay roll, I am sure at least one of theses employees could have sent out a global E-mail to all hotmail and MSN MESSENGER users explaining what is happening. This would take about 5 to 10 minutes of the persons time and would keep all of the users informed and not in the dark over your service.
I would hope that in the future, that you will have more care for your users. After all, if it were not for us, you would not have a job or a place in the global economy.

suddenly MSN doest remember my email and password....will not let me sign in....tried to download it again....cant get passed the password thingy....have been using the same password and email since I first started in February of this year....it sucks....

I can't get sighn on when i want to. It says that Signing in to Net Messanger Service because the password is incorrect or the sign-in name does not exist. If you foregot your password, click Help in the main window, and then click Help Topics.

I am also not happy with the new updated MSN not working with the Vista system. It is viewed as a security risk and can not be opened
