Our objective is to get enough support to get a street in Robert Hilliard's hometown of Killarney named in his honour. Mr. Hilliard gave his life in the bloody Battle of Jarama Valley while fighting to rid Spain of Fascism. He was a member of the Connolly Column, a group of Irish men who went to Spain to defend Spain's democracy against a Fascist coup led by Francisco Franco. Please sign this petition and help us commemorate this true Kerry, Irish and International hero!
