National Firearm Concealed Carry permit for firearms

Little by little, our 2nd amendment rights are being eroded away by law-makers with personal agendas! States like Florida already allow Concealed Carry permits for firearms and have expanded the "use of deadly force" law to protect innocent families from being murdered in their homes, afraid to defend themselves for fear of going to jail. I am calling on every citizen in every state in the Great United States of America to sign this petition that would eventually lead to the drafting of a bill that would make gun laws universal across the country! If law abiding citizens take a saftey course, have an extensive background search done, and provide fingerprints and a photo, they should be given access to a concealed weapons permit. This permit would eliminate the confusion for both citizens and law enforcement. The permit would have obvious restrictions as to what could be carried, and where it could be carried. For example, No establishments where alcohol is served, on school grounds (not 1000 feet rule), any courthouse, or federal building, airport, etc. However if you were on a road trip by yourself, you could legally have a loaded weapon in your glove-box or purse, just in case. This would make the streets safer because the criminals would have to think about robbing someone walking down the street late at night, for fear of getting shot himself. Plus our nation would learn together how to safely and properly use firearms. Remember Guns dont kill people, People with guns kill people! If we are all trained to use firearms the world will be a much safe place. This proposition of mine would include funding to add curricullum for schools to teach a safety class to all students before they leave high school. Education and Preservation!
