Neopets' unfair freezing practices

We are 3 adult females and two little girls all signed up with neopets.com at one time. Us adults would make it a regular practice to also log unto the girls account to monitor the going-ons--making sure no predators sneak in talking to them. At times, when the whole family was here at Nana's house (as often happens) neopets was one of the favorite places to show off our accomplishments, so naturally, we all log in from the same computer. One by one, we were accused of buying/selling neopoints or stuff and all our accounts were frozen.... incl. the little girls'. I wrote them three times, explaining in detail, without receiving an answer.Now, I'll take another step, write sponsors and viacom who bought Neopets. I am so angry, they should be able to taste my wrath from afar. I cannot believe they freeze accounts for no reason. If we would have done wrong, hey, we'd deserve it, but we did nothing of the sort. We adults could not care less about our accounts, we only came aboard to monitor our girl's on-line experience. The girls of course, are now heart-broken. They have not stopped crying. Their accounts are gone, their pets--which they came to love and adore and all their hard work down the drain. What kind of ruthless, cold-hearted site is neopets??? They ought to be ashamed of themselves! if you are on my side, please sign this petition... to stop freezing without merit, and follow my progress for I will not rest until this matter is resolved and/or has become very public!
