Nets Fans to YES Network for Bill Raftery

We, New Jersey Nets Fans, New York Nets Fans, and United Nets Fans Past and Present (UNFPP), hereby demand the re-hiring of Bill Raftery as color analyst for next season (2005-6).
Raftery is widely known and well respected for his color commentary, and is currently employed by ESPN to broadcast NCAA games. However, there is a middle ground that would make him available to do about 40-50 Nets games out of a 82 game season, while fulfilling his commitment to ESPN.
In the past, Bill had a similar arrangement in his countless seasons doing color commentary alongside Ian Eagle broadcasting Nets games.
Basketball fans, especially Nets fans, as well as NCAA fans alike, know how much Raftery means to Nets Basketball and Basketball in general.
With such signature phrases as, "With the kiss!" and "...the nickel-dimer-foul", and many other trademark lines Bill has refined over the years, we miss Raftery's good humor, easy going demeanor, and cherubic face since his departure in 2002.
We want to welcome Bill Raftery back to his color commentary chair. Alongside the top two play by play announcers in basketball, Marv Albert, and Raftery's former partner, Ian Eagle (both currently employed by the YES Network and Nets Basketball), Bill Raftery is the man for the job.
