Quien suscribe, Graciela B. ABAL, sobreviviente del transito, cantante, comprometida desde hace 3 meses en una acción enérgica y directa para promover la seguridad vial, concientizando a la población de la grave crisis de seguridad en la que vivimos, solicita apoyo para promover un espectáculo artístico , con la participación de destacadas figuras de la Canción y la Danza Rosarina, y disertación de personas que abordan el problema de la accidentología.
Este evento se desarrollaría en el Monumento Nacional a la Bandera,(Patio Cívico), el Sábado 31 de Mayo de 2008.
