We the undersigned reject Greenstar's plans to reopen a landfill in the Ballyhoura Mountains, near Kildorrery in Co. Cork, despite the closure of the Council dump by the High Court in 2001 and the defeat at An Bord Pleanala in 2004 of Greenstar's private plan to extend the landfill, and we support the local communities in their continuing struggle against the destruction of the local environment and quality of life.
