Sir, your own website declares you to be the resident expert on just such problems as we, your customers are experiencing. Please show us your mustard and solve our problems and prove what has been published about you to be the absolute truth.
Please note that the residents of Tara subdivision are extremely dissatisfied with our energy service provided by CPS for about the past year and a half. We are certain that your outage records will show an inordinate amount of non weather power failure events during the past year and a half. Many of us have asked CPS to explain the problems and to address and correct same. Our queries fall upon deaf ears. We therefore petition you, sir to respond to this petition in a positive manner and to get proactive in resolving this problem once and for all.
We further seek compensation for all of the inconvenience experienced by all citizens affected. Please think about people who use nebulizers, oxygen and any other life saving electronic devices that are useless because of the failure of CPS for the past year and a half to resolve whatever problems there are particularly to residents along the following streets:
Mansfield, Koenig, Fabens and Perryton cul de sac.
Compensation must also be considered in the destruction of electronic equipment such as PCs, routers, switches, game stations, wireless access point devices caused by power spikes during outages, also included is refrigerated food gone bad during outages of over 12 hours in duration and a host of other damages too numerous to document in this petition.
We seek a fair and equitable credit to each customer’s CPS account that has been adversely affected by these outages that shall be determined after a compilation of damages has been accurately accessed plus some added credit for all the inconvenience
