ONE Olympics in 2008

Separate is not equal. The Olympics committee separates the normal Olympics from the Paralympics and the next Olympics 2008 are an opportunity to combine them in Beijing China. This petition is for one Olympics for all athletes who train and represent their countries. In the past, the Paralympics were held after the Olympics and athletes performed in front of empty arenas. These athletes deserve the same stage for their achievements as any other athlete. We have the power to make a positive change on a global scale. Sign this petition if you believe there should be only one Olympics and lets tell Olympic officials any unequal treatment will not be tolerated. Lets make the world a better place and start with rewarding those who represent the best in overcoming adversity and offer positive role models for our children that prove we can do what ever we dream. Its time the world put principles ahead of profits and banish unequal treatment in the Olympics by holding the Olympics and Paralympics at the same time.
