Online Multiplayer for Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm

Many have seen the videos, many have played the demo. Many do not like the anime, yet... all are in agreement that Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm for PlayStation 3 looks to break ground and please gamers everywhere. That is... until they realize there is no online multiplayer.

Anyone who hears the news of no online multiplayer will be surprised. Why? Because at this point in time, online multiplayer is a standard and not a luxury. But for some reason CyberConnect2, Namco Bandai have decided to sabotage their game and themselves by not including this basic feature in what seems to be a revolutionary fighting game.

Unfortunately, most gamers don't have the ability to bring friends over to their houses any time they wish for some multiplayer fun. Without online multiplayer, this game will be reduced to nothing but a story mode game you run through once and never play again. Many will rent, not buy. Review scores will drop significantly. With it, players will be able to have fun with others no matter when. Replay value is the most important aspect in anyone's game purchasing decision, and this game won't have any if no online multiplayer is included. Many will be left wondering "what could have been?"

We, The Undersigned, feel that Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm for the PlayStation 3 absolutely requires an online component, preferably one that is robust. Delay if you have to, make it downloadable content if you have to, but please, please... do not ruin this game by neglecting to add the most quintessential component to any modern fighting game... ONLINE MULTIPLAYER.
